It’s hard to write this post, but I need to write to honor André Gondim. The notice came through twitter, later I confirmed through his facebook. He just passed away, due some complications with his health.

André Gondim was one of the major contributors of Ubuntu Brazil. He was the leader of Brazilian Council and leader of the brazilian translators team. I always said to him that he was a “non-translated strings hunter”.

I can’t write anymore. I’m at UDS and all here who knew him is very chocked.
