OpenShot on Ubuntu 10.04
OpenShot is a nice video editor, but it isn’t on Ubuntu repositories yet. So, they have requested on Launchpad to be included on universe repositories on Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx). If you want to help, do to the request page and mark the bug as “Yes, it affects me”.

As simple as this approach is, I think it’s genial. It’s seems like a great way for the community to decide where Ubuntu goes.

This kind of appeal makes me feel nervous. Launchpad is not Brainstorm, and bugs are not supposed to be voted for. I realise you can’t submit packaging requests on Brainstorm, but still…
