So this is Christmas

So this is Christmas…
Time to give and receive gifts. A big big table with all the family…
I like this time… My wish is that in this Christmas time we remember the one who birth on this date… That “little child born in Bethlehem” who became the divisor of the history…
Remember that baby who became the man that carried over his shoulder the weight of the sin and died for we live…
A very merry Christmas for all and may Jesus be on every party tonight…

That is fantastic. Thank you for sharing it and your faith. I too am a Christian and think that we need more posts such as this.

Quite true. Good to see some light of Christ in the Ubuntu world.

I am Christian as well. I am glad you are not afraid to stand up for what you believe in. I think we have all gotten a little too sensitive. @Corey Farwell: The Christians do not believe in Magic either, and I don’t think you were being offered or forced to believe anything, but you are very welcome.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

“My wish is that in this Christmas time we remember the one who birth on this date.”
But that isn’t remotely true though is it? I mean it’s a nice story and I can understand why it’s an event believers want to commemorate but surely no one with any sense of history actually thinks it happened “on this date”.

I know he didn’t born on december… But is difficult to understand that if we celebrate this date we could imagine that this is his birthday?
Christmas is just a date to celebrate that Jesus born… I don’t care if this date is on december, april or august… I’ll celebrate…
